Rubber tube insulation
Rubber tube insulation offers durable protection to pipes by providing thermal stability as well as preventing condensation and corrosion. It is a fiber-free and formaldehyde-free elastomeric foam. Its closed-cell structure makes it moisture resistant and excellent for condensation control. It’s made with an antimicrobial product protection that inhibits the growth of mold and mildew.
For chilled water and refrigeration piping the moisture resistance qualities of this insulation will help to increase its lifespan over fibrous insulation. It comes in solid tube or with a self-adhering lap.
Rubber sheet insulation
Rubber sheet or roll insulation offers protection against thermal losses, condensation, and moisture accumulation. It is a closed-cell elastomeric foam that is moisture resistant. It is made with an antimicrobial product protection that inhibits the growth of mold and mildew.
It can be used on curved or flat mechanical surfaces, such as large pipe, ducts, tanks, and chillers. The sheets and rolls come in varying thicknesses.
Polythylene pipe insulation (tubolit)
Polyethylene pipe insulation or Tubolit is a lightweight easy to install closed cell foam insulation. It can help provide more thermal stability to hot and cold water plumbing systems. It comes split with a self with self-adhesive to help with installation. Its closed-cell structure helps to prevent absorption of condensation that could cause mold to develop. It is offered in a variety of sizes and thicknesses to meet your plumbing needs.
Prefabricated fittings are designed to reduce cutting and assembly of insulation elbows and tees. We fabricate these fittings in house to the size that you need to match the elastomeric or polyethylene tube that you’re putting on the plumbing or HVAC system.
