Fiberglass pipe insulation
Fiberglass pipe insulation provides acoustical and thermal control for HVAC and plumbing systems in commercial structures. It comes faced with a factory applied vapor barrier jacket that protects the fiberglass from limited amounts of water and other outside factors. It comes in a variety of sizes and thicknesses. It is produced in 36” lengths and is used to insulate iron pipe, plastic pipe, and copper tubing.
Fiberglass duct wrap
Fiberglass duct wrap is a formaldehyde-free blanket product that is put on the outside of HVAC systems. Duct wrap will provide consistent temperature and condensation control to improve energy efficiency in HVAC systems. It is faced with a FSK barrier to help protect the fiberglass from dirt and limited outside factors. It comes in a 48” wide roll and a variety of thicknesses and densities to obtain the R-Value that you want.
Duct Liner
Duct liner is used to line metal ducts inside HVAC systems. It reduces unwanted noise and creates more consistent temperatures to improve energy efficiency in HVAC systems. It has an acrylic polymer coating that prevents dust and dirt from getting into the fiber and causing microbials such as fungi and bacteria to grow. Duct liner comes in a variety of thicknesses as well as widths.
Duct Board
Duct board is a fiberglass product that is used to line the outside of HVAC duct systems. It is either unfaced or faced with AP, FSK, or an AP with moisture protection backing. It comes in a variety of thicknesses to help with thermal and acoustical control. It is ideal in application for commercial and industrial heating, air conditioning, and power and process equipment.
